Our Annex Program provides a structured-classroom style program where our individuals with developmental disabilities can follow direction. In other words, when it is time to study simple math, geography, reading; and/or exercise, dance, singing or music programs; and/or simply when it is time to eat, our clients will follow the directions of their Teacher.
The types of clients who regularly attend our Annex Program include those who have with autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, seizure disorders, and intellectually disabled individuals who are not normally given the chance to learn in a classroom environment. Annex Program Activities include educational learning, singing and dancing, live entertainment, field trips, playing the Wii, bingo, meeting new friends and many other cognitively stimulating activities they enjoy together every day. Each one of our activities is designed to keep our participants engaged, entertained and cognitively stimulated throughout the day.
Lastly, we also spend time celebrating our client’s birthdays, anniversaries and holidays. These activities combined create an environment for our clients to thrive together, become a family and celebrate Life together.
